Jacques has done it again. Here is another location he designed with the help of Pierre Court. At this beautiful location in Hudson Square, Jacques makes chocolate from the beans. Visitors can watch the entire process from inside a retail store that is completely enveloped in glass. Watch the beans turn into chocolate bars. Here Jacques uses vintage equipment that has been painstakingly restored.
